Abraham created a new will. (i) as a Christian, he remands his soul to God, his creator; (2) he requested his body be interred in the cemetery of his death and that 10 requiem masses be said in the year of his death; (iv) bequeathed to Anastasie all furniture, personal effects, animals, agriculture and cooking implements, etc.
Anastasie was named executrix
